Bump ’n Brine is more than a mobile raw bar. It’s built by an oyster farmer who grows what we serve.


Our oysters are hand-harvested from our own farms in Plymouth and Duxbury, MA, with the rest of the menu sourced locally.


We offer private event raw bars, shucking workshops, and oyster farm tours.

Who we are

Bump ’n Brine is owned and operated by Plymouth couple, Connor and Allie Doyle.

Connor has spent the past decade on the water growing his family’s oyster wholesaling business, Plymouth Rock Oysters, farming twelve acres across Plymouth and Duxbury.

 

Along the way, he found that what he loved most was sharing where oysters come from and connecting with the people enjoying them.

Bump ’n Brine grew out of that love for oysters and Allie’s creative vision, bringing the farm experience beyond the water and into the community.

Today, we offer raw bars for private events, our Japanese kei truck setup, hands-on shucking workshops, and seasonal oyster farm tours. You’ll find us at backyard gatherings, breweries, wineries, and wherever the oysters take us.
