Oyster Experiences​​

Bump 'n Brine is more than a mobile raw bar — it's the hands-on passion project of a seasoned oyster farmer who's spent over a decade working the tides and perfecting the craft.

We don’t just serve oysters—we grow them. Our oysters are hand-harvested from our own farms in Plymouth and Duxbury, MA. Everything else on the raw bar—clams, shrimp, lobster, tuna—is sourced from trusted local fishermen and farmers.

Whether we’re shucking on-site at a wedding, leading an interactive shucking workshop, or guiding guests through our farms on a tide-to-table tour, we bring the full coastal New England experience wherever we go.

Now booking private raw bars, hands-on shucking workshops, and immersive oyster farm tours—we can't wait to share our love of oysters with you.

Who we are

Bump ‘n Brine is owned and managed by Plymouth couple, Connor and Allie Doyle. 

 

Connor has spent the past decade on the water growing his family’s oyster wholesaling business, Plymouth Rock Oysters, which collectively owns twelve acres of oyster farms in Plymouth and Duxbury.

 

Over the years, he’s developed a passion for connecting with oyster consumers and sharing how his family grows the oysters that you enjoy on your tables. 

 

Leaning into Connor’s love of connecting over oysters and Allie’s desire for a creative outlet, they created Bump ‘n Brine – the experiential side of Plymouth Rock Oysters. 

 

We’re offering traditional tabled raw bars, outdoor raw bars in our Japanese Kei truck, and oyster shucking workshops. 

 

We look forward to connecting with you at private events, breweries, wineries, and wherever the oysters take us!
