For the first time ever, Uva is hosting an OYSTER pairing! Uva and Bump 'n Brine have joined forces to bring you an unforgettable experience pairing succulent oysters with different wine varieties from around the world. Connor Doyle from Bump 'n Brine will serve 4 different types of oysters, while Michelle from Uva will pair each with a wine that will enhance the flavors for a culinary delight. Each pairing will include 2 oysters, for a total of 8 oysters per person. Come slurp, sip, and enjoy a night of great company and flavors!
